what do you use for speakers for multi units?

what do you use for speakers for multi units?

i am looking to have at least 3 remote heads but trying to figure out about the speakers, as i dont see alot with multiple speakers and i do not have alot of room

Looking to combine audio from two A9 Spectra's into one speaker, or even the OEM speaker in the driver's door.

Diode's or 1:1 audio xformers....??

I presently use three Speco CBS100 speakers on the Kenwood TK-x30 radios in my car. They are tinnier than the OEM speakers and have some distortion at low volume but they're small and they work. They are about 2 3/4 x 3 inches and handle 5 watts IIRC.
