PRO 3150 programming software

I am looking at a PRO3150 VHF. What software package do I need to program this thing?

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

not available here in the US. I have a pair of them myself and can't get anything done with them. luckilly they can at least talk to each other.
