MINITOR 2 sv PROBLEM

I have a Minitor 2 sv and for sum odd reason I can not shut off the squelch. when its on the bell i can shut if off but when i turn it to 1 or 2 i canot shut off the squelch any1 kno why

Not a SV problem. Unit needs servicing to adjust squelch.
