Post by radio64 »

How might I change the software or codeplug to convert my 32 channel low band mt1000 to a 99 channel unit? Thanks.

If yours is like all of the so-called 32 channel low bands I've run into, all you should have to do is use the "Add Channel" function 67 times in the software. The MT1000 wasn't the only MotherMoto radio that was advertised as capable of fewer channels than it was in reality (the radius 14 channel M214 comes to mind), and I have no idea what the reasoning behind it was.
curmudgeon.....and I like it.

I had a lowband that showed as a 32ch but i just did the same thing and added more channels and it took it.

Nothing else needs to be done, just program it up!
