MTS2000 Question

Just curious... Does anyone have a "TRUE" MTS2000 with firmware under R06.00 that has working Quik-Call 2 in it? I'm just trying to figure out if that option works on a "TRUE" MTS2000 with firmware below R06.00

I have one with firmware in the 5's, and even though it shows up in the rss, it does not work. I'm almost wondering if it is similar to an "MT" with firmware below R02.00

I think this is one of the features that need to be "flashed" onto the MTS2000...

I used to have a R06.XX MTS2000 that is only flashed with Smartnet and it won't do QC II nor MDC1200.

I know that it is a flash option. I was just wondering if firmware below R06.00 on a "TRUE MTS" will support it. I have a few MTS's that have QCII, and they are above R06.00. I also have an MTS that has firmware in the low 5's, that QCII shows up in the RSS but does not decode tones.

I know that with the "right" software that I have seen, QCII can be enabled on low firmware MTS's, but whether or not it will work with firmware below R06.00 is what I'm looking for.
