It has the available pins on the accessory connector so that transmit & receive audio can go in and out, COR, and PTT. However, it will not do the priority sampling or turn it self off when another unit comes on scene.

eBay at it's finest:
Me: "What exactly is a 900Mhz UHF CB?"
Them: "A very nice CB at 900Mhz speed!"

you might want to take a look at these:

I just set up a couple of these, they haven't gone into service yet so I don't really know how well they work in the field, they seemed to work okay in our tests around the shop though.
I will say they're a bit of a pain in the rear to set up, you need to use two service monitors and there's a bunch of little pots you have to adjust.

You can get cables to connect them to a variety of radios, including the CDM (I don't see the MCS listed on their site, I think it's do-able though)

I am not sure how it was done, but there was a guy selling one on ebay not long ago with his MCS and claimed it worked. Based on that I guess you can make it work.

I have an SVR-200 hooked up to an MCS-2000, and it works very well. I also hooked up a same band (VHF) SVR-200 using the Pyramid filters and I am very impressed.

I will be removing the UHF SVR-200 that we currntly have hooked up to an VHF MCS-2000 in the next few weeks. We will be installing a same band unit and filters, less portables to carry. If you need the pin outs let me know.
