I use RF Industries Crimp on connectors and there part number is

RFU600-1

That is a Male Crimp Nickel, Silver, Deldrin

Do you want the part# of the actual connector on the GM300, or of the connector which would screw onto it?

GM300 antenna connector - 0980131M01

The connector which screws onto it Mikey already gave.

Just to cover all the bases Motorola mini-u connector part number is 2880376E84
