OT Vertex 2-Tone Programming

Hello All,
Sorry for the non-Motorola question, I am hoping someone out here has some experiance with the Vertex 2-tone boards (F2D-8) I have a Vertex VX-400 that has the 2-tone board installed and I am trying to program my departments tones in the radio but I am unsure of how to correctly program the radio (I have the software and cable). If anyone is familiar with the board and or the radio and would be willing to walk me through the steps please send me an e-mail. Thanks.

What radios do you own?: CDM1550 LS+, HT1250, MCS2000

can you upload the radio and then save it to file , then email me the file so i can look at it for you.
