Need Help with Minitor 3 Codeplug (please)

Need Help with Minitor 3 Codeplug (please)

Ebay got me ! I bought a VHF minitor 3 however when it arrived today it is the wrond bandsplit. It is 159-166 and I need it in 154. In reading the model information I believe that with hex editor the band split can be modified. Is this true? If so is there anyone better at using the hex editor than I. I do not want to mess it up for inexperiance. If there is anyone that can help me out would you please drop me a line @ [email protected]. I have some VHF and UFH radio equipment I would be willing to trade for assistance.
