I saw their add in the latest issue of MRT, I know, its not Motorola, but being able to scan 8 channels with a pager is very appealing to me where theres 4 channels I need to monitor almost constantly, which obviously a Minitor would have a hard job doing....

Anyone try one yet? How's the performance? ruggedness?

Keep us posted, it looks like it has a lot of potential, I was talking to some people locally here and it seems as if there would be a lot of demand for such a beast....

Looks good, but it looks like the uhf only goes up too 470. Wonder why it doesnt go into 5xx? Anyway looks like it has alot of potential wonder how much it goes for.

8 channels? 4 would have sufficed for most users I know of.

not hard to use or program .. all programming on 1 page ... you can have 8 channels and you change them on the bottom with a little dial i have demoed it and it works good
