if anyone from nj is viewing this forum and has some info about rules or laws pertaining the purchase and possesion of a motorola product please do share with me.. I purchased a motorola radio ligit as many of u do on ebay or anywhere else just want to know the legallity of a citizen owning one in New jersey

Haven't you had enough already? Shoo. No one's going to answer your questions here, especially since you're already in trouble for having access to a radio system that you weren't authorized for.

If you need legal advice pertaining to NJ State Law, may I recommend a lawyer. It may prove to be a little more productive than an internet forum.
