Post by Rick Rock »

Will H43QXJ7139AN sabers scan? From decoding the model# scanning models end with CN, but I can't imagine a 120ch. radio w/o scan???

What radios do you own?: Progreso soup can with CRT

Sabers that scan...

Saber I ends in CN but doesn't scan.
Saber II and III ending in CN do scan.
Saber II in some versions has limited scan.
A Saber II with 120 channels is a Saber III in a II case.

Old, rare, Sabers ending in AN or BN don't scan. AN and
BN Sabers don't show up often but they do exist.

In your case read the radio and see what comes up. If
it has scan capability it will show on the options list.
