Need Codeplug for CDM1550LS+ UHF

As the title states i need a codeplug for a UHF CDM1550LS+, model number AAM25SHF9DP5AN, 25 watt, 450-512MHz split. If anyone has one, i would greatly appreciate it.

Yeah i checked the supersite, they do not appear to have the bandsplit i need.
