GP360 programming cable

Post by OZ7AE »

I have bought a programming cable for my GP360, but I can´t read the radio! I am using the same pc and original software for my GM360 without any problems. Also using original Motorola RIB.

Are there different models GP360 for US and Europe with different pin connections? or where is the error to be found?

The radio is brand new. Only programmed once by the dealer using same software as I.

The cable is bought by Wiscomm.

Check the cable first, but sometimes the radio connector is bad!
I had several radios with a bad connector.Change the housing and try it again.

i'd try it on another radio first. or take a pencil eraser to the contacts on your radio and make shure they are clean. those gp radios are not supposed to be here in the states, we use the ht's but there is no difference in the cable.
