Waris Series Firmware Question

Hello All,

I have a question regarding the firmware for the waris series radios. I have the firmware and have upgraded quite a few HT750's with the newest non-four-line display firmware.

I have also upgraded a few HT1550's to the newest firmware for 4-line display radios.

My question is where do the HT1250's fit in, they aren't 4 line display, but they have a display. Which firmware would be loaded into a 1250?

4-line or Non-4-line

Motorola doesn't blatently try and trick people, I think it's quite clear.

If your radio doesn't have a four-line display, would you use a 4-line display firmware upgrading package?

No.

Your radio has two lines, therefore fits in the 'non four line display' firmware upgrade package.
