MCX100 Railroad

Post by Radio99 »

My faithful companion of many years has become ill. Looking for any information on where to get an MCX100 Railroad radio repaired. I have segments burned out in some of the displays and other segments that are missing under low light conditioons. In addition, the channel and tone selector switches have no effect on changing anything.

Any help will be greatly apprecaited.

I have one also and as far as I know you can no longer get repair parts. You would have to replace the whole front to repair the one you have. NS has loads of them but they go in the trash if they go to the bad. They have them mounted in some of the GP59's as a 2nd radio to use for switching and the Spectra stays on the road channel. You could watch ebay?
