Kenwood TK730 rear pin connector

Hello all
I received a TK730 radio this week and was missing the rear 16 pin connector. 1st - will the radio operate without it? and 2nd does anyone have an extra to sell ?

It is a standard molex 15 pin connector,available from an electronics dealer.
you need to jump pins 9 and 12 for the speaker in the head to work.

n5tbu is correct. I just purchased some from Newark Electronics for very reasonable cost.
