I have a Minitor IV pager which has the SV button. Is it possible to have the button but not have stored voice?? right now if I push it it just beeps at me...don't know that much about it!\

Well, Mike, just about anything's possible, but it's likely that your pager does indeed have SV because when you press the playback button it beeps....that means that there's no stored messages. If it didn't beep, I'd say that the pager might have had the housing/function knob replaced with the incorrect part number. But you get a response when you push it, so if it's programmed correctly and SV is functional it should work.
