minitor warranty info

I recently received a new minitor 5. I ordered the extended 5 year plan, but received no paperwork to that effect. Will the model or serial number indicate that I have the plan?

The serial number will verify to Motorola that you have the 5 year warranty. You can verify that by checking with your local dealer or calling the Motorola Depot.

If I were you, I'd ask whoever you bought the pager from (dealer, Moto, whoever) to provide you with written documentation that your model is indeed covered by the ESP. Especially if you paid extra for it, it should be on the itemized invoice?
