Is there a software manual for Astro Saber/XTS CPS

If there is, does anyone have the part number for it? I got one from MOL but it covers version 8 of Dos RSS.

I don't believe there is a manual for the CPS, as the help menus are very extensive. If you have the actual CD, there are even video tutorials to guide you through many of the different features. You would also have these videos on your hard drive if you didn't elect to omit them during the CPS install (I never install them as they take approx 400MB of disk space). Really, there's nothing left to put on paper that isn't covered through the help files & videos.
