SUV Antenna Mount
I know this question has been asked many times, but I haven't seen one relate to SUV's. I am trying to put a VHF radio into my leased Grand Cherokee, and obviously can't drill any major holes in the roof. I've used window mounts before and had good luck (for the most part), but I like the trunk lip mounts. Will those work on the rear hatch of my Jeep, or does anyone have any install tips for it? Thanks!

Take a look at Diamond or Comet Antennas. Yes they are known for amateur purposes, but they have some great solutions (articulated type with angle adjustments) for mounting to a rear lift gate on your GC. I believe that they do carry some commercial type antennas cut for the 150 band.

there's always the old magnet mount to put on the center of the roof and it'll still give you a good ground plane.
