Zetron Pagecenter Help

I have a Zetron Page center that does not allow a page to be encoded from off site via the modem or on site via the keyboard. I turn the power off and back on again and it seems to reset itself. When I check it again 12 hours later, it is down again. Anybody have similiar trouble?
