Can a piece of wire or blob of solder be used in place of a 000 ohm sm resistor being used as a jumper on a pc board of a control head head back.

Thanks for the "yup" I put in a simple jumper and I solved my problem, see my posting about the HLN6432 Spectra remote control head back.

that was a common practice where i worked when the SMT eqpt would forget or otherwise not plop a 0 Ohn resistor in a place, i would snip a small piece of tinned wire, and pop it in place. it is alot quicker than putting in a request for a 0 ohm resistor from the cage, then getting it 30 minutes later.
