Is this a GTX?

Post by kens »

I ran across this radio in an old school bus: Motorola Mod. M12UCK6NR38N. Looks like a gtx and front label says : Pacific Wireless Technologies. I think this company was bought by Nextel. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ken

It could also be an iDEN m100 mobile.... They look like / are based on the GTX series.... But they're iDEN.

Pacific Wireless Technologies rolled out an iDEN system in NorCal in 2001.

How are the buttons labeled on the radio? TG up/down, Prvt, Area, Alert, etc.?

It's an M100.
