Non-impres battery on impres charger

I have few non-impres batteries and I have a question about them when used on a impres charger:

1.) Is it OK to leave it the radio on while inserted on charger?
2.) Can I leave the battery inserted without frying it? (brochure didn't mention it for non-impres batteries

)

The impres charger will treat your battery as a normal charger would.
It's ok to leave the radio on?
You technically shouldn't but every one does it.
Yes it will slowly fry your batteries just the same as non-impres will.
The smart part only works on smart batteries.
