Advisor Gold Programming Help

First of all I have all the right programming software and cradle.

My question is everytime I go to program or try to read a Advisory Gold 900 Mhz Flex or an Adviory Elite 900 Flex I get the error message that the software can't communicate with the pager. I seem to be able to read Advisor Golds on VHF and UHF without any problems.

I have tried changing the com-ports on the computer and the baud rate and still have no luck.

I have some cap codes that I would like to add to my pager, and I would like to add them myself instead of having my local pager shop program stuff for me. That seems to get rather costly when all you need is a cap code added or changed.

Any help would greatly be appreciated, because like I said I have bought all the equipment, and would hate for it to go to waste.
