bad code plug on saber 2 / 3

bad code plug on saber 2 / 3

hello how ru all doing
listen im new to batlab and anyone out there can help me
have a problen portable saber
on saber 2-H44SAJ- show on 8 k display { 000000000000 } and can not read or write to radio
saber 3-H44SAK- show all the icom on display and can not read o write to the radio

PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM

I M USING 486/33 DESKTOP
16MB OF RAM
2.1 HARD DRIVE

RSS/7.0 FROM MOTOROLA INC
CLONE RIB BOX
POLORIA RIB CABLE

if you cant read/write to 2 diffrent radios , im guessing it is going to be a hardware failure .. rib/cable/computer ... in the software , are you using the correct port ??? are you using dos only , not a dos window will the rib with another cable talk to another type of radio ?? lots of things to check ... do you have any service center nearby so you can see if the radios are working ???? bad cases .. etc .. do the radios work othewise ??
