CDM1250 DTMF

We're receiving a fleet of vehicle with CDM1250s and will use DTMF for activating a remote device. Can DTMF codes be pre-sets programmed once or must you always use a keypad mic to enter the code each time its needed?

If you only need to do 1 set of DTMF tones per vehicle you can set up a personaity with a Phone System and put your DTMF sequence in as an access code then program a front button to activate the phone system.

When you press the button the DTMF you programed as access code will be transmited.

As far as the DTMF Mike goes, I have never used one so I cannot say what it can do.
