800Mhz FRS?

Is ther a 800 mhz freq that is like the frs and other freqs (ie:yellow,red green ect.) that one can program in to a mtx810? I looked at the rebanding sticky but it is greek to me.

There are no FRS frequencies in or near the 800 Mhz. band, never had, never will.

The last thing anybody needs, is thousands of FRS radios getting into a public safety system, so you will never see these on that band.
