Moto Radius SM120
I saw that the SM120 UHF band is only 470-490!!
Can this radio be programmed out of band to 462/467 freqs?

The GM300, which is the same radio as far as I know, covers 403-520 MHz in four bands, depending on which RF board is in place: 403-433, 438-470, 465-490, 490-520.
The programming software will not let you go too far out-of-band. The RF board is optimized for the specific range. The VCO could be retuned but the front end would not work too well.
Find the HLE number on the RF board and let us know what it is. We should be able to find the band info from that.

Too far of a stretch without modification and the GM based Radius radios are less forgiving than the M208,M216 types. Also being it's a 'T' band radio it might be a 12.5 spacing which would be another problem. If you haven't commited to it things would be a lot easier to get a radio to match your frequencies. (That mentioned 449-470 radio sounds like a Maxtrac).
