Quick Call Motorola Spectra

Hello I am new to the program area with motorola's. I volunteer with a local fire department and we are dispatched via pager with those classic beeeee, boooooooooooooo tones.
What are those tones called?

I have worked in systems were the spectra will beep and "alert", the display will blink "call"

How can you configue the spectra to activate with those tones??

A spectra will not decode Quick Call II alerts. It only decodes MDC and DTMF calls.
