Need Spectra model ID help....

I just got the following in with a larger VHF lot, can anyone help ID?

Model No: L99ZX+336L
ID No: L53KXM7174AM
Serial No: 276AVA0084

Best I can determine it is a VHF High-Band Consolette.

Approx value?
