MTS2000 & QCII

Post by n9ysu »

I have a VHF MTS2000, Model - H01KDH9PW1Bn Flash Code 230008-106000-0 Firmware 06.27... I have my QCII tones set up for decode, but I'm guessing I'm overlooking something simple.. I can't find where in the CPS (1.10) to set up a channel for QCII decode... any help?

In each conventional personality, go to the "signalling" tab and choose QCII for the "signalling type".

Ok, try this... Under the signaling tab, leave the Signaling type set to "None", and set the System Number to "1". For some reason, QCII will not show up under the regular Signaling type, but by selecting System number and assigning it to the QCII system you want to use, it will work and decode. Give it a try.
