what is this motorola radio?

what is this motorola radio?

I recently bought this radio, and i am trying to find out what it is. It is a motorola model number T1617CMSP52.

It's not a radio.

It is a remote control console. It contains audio amplifiers and keying [DC or tone] circuitry designed to remotely control up to eight base stations [depending on its internal configuration & options] via 600 ohm wirelines.

The SP part of the model number indicates that a special production option was installed at the factory.
