Help, Can anyone Id This part for me

Hi all Agian,

I was wondering if anyone could ID this part for me I have to get another one and can not find it for the life of me.
I was using it for the new GM300 before I lost it, Or should I say left it at some jobsite. And "NOBODY" knows what I was talking about or would fess up they found it!

FKN009A and FKN8096A

Also anybody know if it can be built or about how much it costs to obtain.

Great thanks for all the help on that.
Now I just have to go out and get another one, and at least the price is not bad at all. Think I gonna keep this in my notes just in case.
