maratrack lock removal

any one taken a lock out how do u do it

It's been a while since i have been inside a Maratrac, so someone can correct me if i am terribly wrong..

If i recall correctly you need to put a key in the lock, remove the screw above the lock inside, and then rotate the key to the unlock position and pull it out.

i tried that but still no good. the little plastic reainer is broke and and i have a part chassies to make the lock 100% motorola i was able to use a tyrap and a new spring
