Motorola HT 1250-LS+

Post by jwradioman »

Hello everyone... I have a Motorola HT1250-LS+ portable model number AAH25SDH9DP7AN. I see that this is a 450-470 model, is there any way, either via a hex edit or codeplug change, that I can use this unit below 450? My target range is 430-460.

Suggestions?

No, Waris series radios are not editable yet (at least I've never heard of anyone 'hacking' a Waris since the actual firmware & stuff is stored in the actual radio and not software/cpg based)

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

the frequency range of your radio is 450-520 and is stored in the radio, not the software, so you can't take any of the waris radios out of band. you need to get a AAh25R, that radio is 403-470.
