Motorola CM160,Ribbox, Rkn4081B programming troubleshooting

Hello everybody,
These day I were clueless about the programming Motorola CM160, seems I need the experinces from others that might be ever handle this one.
I am using Ribbox RLN4008B and Cable programming RKN401B to read the CM160 with Software R 02.05(GMVN5036B), I tought that Rib run off the DC power, so were plug the 12V adafter to it and the led lamp on brighter, than I try to read back the device but always show the error window said,

Error # 768
Unable to read.
Check to see if radio is connected,
radio is powered on
and COM port setting is correct.

Is there anyone of you have the same case like this? Very greatfull to comment or tips for this
