I HAVE ASTRO SABER R VHF ,THAT WAS PROGRAMED WITH 9.3 AND I HAVE 9.5 ,WHEN I SWITCH FORM ANALOG TO DIGITAL, MY COMPUTER FREEZE UP,NOT ONLY ON MY LAP TOP ,AND MY DESK TOP, WHAT AM I DOING WRONG,

Nothing.
You are using a SLOOOOOOOW computer. Just wait. It takes a bit for the program to repack all the data when you toggle that field.
Next time, toggle the field, then go eat a snack, wash and wax your car, (walk away for 5 minutes) and come back. It should be ok, it's just taking LONG...
