Harris/NetBoss Problems ... Text Alerts

I just took over a service area that has a Harris Microwave System that is monitored by NetBoss's Fault Managment System.

This week something in that system changed or someone screwed with it because now when they get a text alert indicating an DVA alarm, ect such as Door Open or High Temp they get no BEEP from the computer....Its really not a big deal except this x-mas weekend they didnt realize for 3 days that they had a PA FAN FAIL alarm indication...

They guy who used to work on this told me that there is a program that needs to be running and minimized or it will not work, but he cant remember, however the customer says its just a setting hid somewhere....

Another program opened called NetBoss Menu 4.2 - June 3, 2004

...

Any ideas...???


I am in the field now trying to fix this problem by just exploring every menu and setting...
