BT headset and radio possible?

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to use a standard type bluetooth headset with a portable radio- particularly with a waris portable.

I know there is some type of bluetooth adapter for use with a specific bluetooth speakermic, but I was wondering if there was a provision for a PTT button on the adapter itself that would enable me to use a regular headset,
