Will a GP300 do MDC1200 or any other ptt id

I don't know if you have to have a later version of firmware but the GP-300 that i pack does do MDC1200 as it is setup to transmit a pre-Id before the transmission.

I believe all will do MDC1200 with the exception of the 2ch.

If the 2ch is older Pre 3/94 it can be upgraded very easy to 16 ch's

16 channel GP300s can also do DTMF signalling.

It will, but the european 5-tone version does not support MDC1200, so be careful what you get.
