84 is normally a blank cct board.
There is nothing on MOL for these numbers.

These two part numbers are component populated Printed Circuit Boards. You've picked up the wrong information. What you should be looking for is a Kit number on these two different assemblies. Example i.e. ABC1234_. The blank is for the /\/\ Engineering version which will start with the letter "A" as original and then progress up through the alphabet denoting engineering or manufacturing changes.

the M03 board only has 1SS BCD along with the normal component markings and a mini UHF connector along with TX RF input cable and
RX input cable.

The other has HLE3501A with similar notations and cables

PA UHF 25W 438-470MHZ MOL describes the HLE3501
A photo should let someone identify it
As for the other post a picture and some board sizes.

the board is the same size as the HLE3501 and has the same cables
and mounting locations, also the same output device.
the difference in in the area of the ant switch![/img]
