Depending on conditions, a decent looking used one fetch for about $150, a "new" case refurb one may be $180 at most.

A lot rides on the revision also. $300. is high for any version but $250. is reasonable for a 'D' version wouldn't pay more tha $150 for a "A' radio.

What radios do you own?: XTS2500, XTS5000, and MTS2000

considering that you can pick up MT2000's for that range, it's a little high. A "refurb" usually means a beater radio that someone spent 40 bucks on new plastic...a lot different than "NOS". Going rate is around 150-175 if it's a later rev C or D.

I wouldn't pay that Ebay price for a 16 channel analog radio. For not much more, you could buy an XTS3000 model I, Astro Saber, etc and have P25.

You know, that's really annoying. Maybe you asked a question that someone else would have benefited from as well?

I think the point has been made that the entire purpose of having an open discussion board like this is that the questions and answers are available for others to learn from.

Please refrain from deleting things because you feel that your needs have been met. Your question, and the resulting replies, will probably be useful to someone else in the future.
