someone said it was a 700 Mhz Model.. What do you use 700 mhz for???

when running the FCC ID on it on the FCC id webpage it said the Freq range was something of that in the 700's yet some kind of ht1250. did motorola ever make such a beast?
or is this just a mistyped model number?
i checked on the MTX idea.. model number breakdown isnt anything close to like the MTX from what i could tell
