converting an m120 to a gm300

Post by nh7cy »

so im sure this has been covered before, in fact i know it has, just that none of the threads i have read ever gave me a straight forward answer.

so has anybody sucessfully converted an m120 to a gm300?

i have recently aquired a few of them and i was wondering if this was even possible or if it has been done before.

If you follow the blanking procedure for the M120 outlined in the thread below, you should be able to re-initialize the unit as an 8-channel GM300. You'll have to find the appropriate dual 7-segment display control head, of course.
