Commander Mic + jedi = ???

Will the Commander Mic work AS A SPEAKER/MIC ONLY (not all the additional functions) with the Jedi (MT2000 specifically) series?

mine works that way

Crap, wrong Mic. Not the Commander Mic with the Channel Selector, but RMN5038A. Sorry about that.
