Motorola Maxtrac Identification

Post by Twitch »

I have a Motorola Maxtrax but the model number seems a different from the usual.

I have looked at http://www.batlabs.com/maxrad.html but I can't decode the model number.

My model number is AXD34MWA5GF5AK

I have tested the radio and it's UHF. The information written on the radio is 25.00W FRQ RANGE: 449/70

Can anyone help me decode this model number?

You have a Maxtrac that was made in Israel and to be a dash mount. That is what the first three letters mean. If you want more info check this sight out http://www.repeater-builder.com/motorol ... fixes.html Hope this helps.
