MTR-2000
Local hospital has acquired some mtr-2000 rx units with a GAI console thru Homeland Security grant. My problem is when I program them with PL and you send the monitor function to them, I can't reset the pl unless I unplug the receivers. Am I not programming right? First MTR-2000 I have seen. The tranciever works OK.

What is the purpose of these several MTR2000 Satellite Receivers in this Hospital's system? Are they being set up for a Voting System? Or a Multi - Frequency T4 - 4R or T5 - 5R Base Station configuration?
Perhaps if you are using these MTR2000 Second or Satellite Receivers in a Multi - Frequency configuration and you're intending to parallel the 600-OHM Wire Lines, the Standard Wire Line modules are incapable of performing this feature. There are no internal Berg Jumpers to allow these modules as High Impedance.

The two seperate rxs will have their own dedicated lines and will be on the unselected audio of the console 99.9% of the time, but if someone or we need to test without the pl, disables it, I don't see how to reset from console.

Well this sounds like you're using these two additional MTR2000 receivers co-located with a MTR2000 Base Station as a T3-3R configuration. You could configure the console to transmit a 1850 Hz F.T. for the 2nd receiver frequency and a 1350 Hz F.T. for the 3rd receiver frequency to TRC PL Enable the extra receivers. How do you plan on "Muting" the Wire Line Audio to prevent an audio feedback loop on these extra receivers from occurring "IF" they are integrated into your existing system?
