HT1250 Global Tuner Issue

Post by FD_Radio_Buff »

I am trying to fix the Baseband offset issue on my HT1250. It reads my radio just fine but when I go to use the Baseband Offset Updater it gives me an error stating that the config file does not match my radio and to contact /\/\. Any thoughts?

You did not state which version of the Global Tuner you're trying to use, nor the HT1250's firmware revision number. Without knowing the above, it sounds like you're trying to use an outdated version of the Tuner.

Thanks Al. I am still kind of new to the features of the HT1250. The Firmware revision is R05.08.07 and the tuner software is R02.00.03. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The current version of the global tuner software is R02.12.00, and
most likely your firmware was created after the tuner version you're trying to use was created. It's likely there's a mismatch between the radio's tuning data structure and what your version
of the tuner expects to see. If you use the current version of Global Tuner you should not see a problem.
